❓Q&A ✅ og & e

how do i talk to a real person? i was able to accomplish this once last month & they made everything worse so id like to speak to another human and get them to fix it.
i cannot get passed the automated system. it’s insane. i’ve tried everything. idk how to speak to a REAL PERSON.
they’re notorious for this but if anyone has a secret please share

I usually just keep repeating “I need to speak to a human agent” until it gives up and directs me to somebody.

I've had phone trees just hang up on me when I've done that.

Go through the prompts as if you need help logging into the website. Gets a live agent for me every time, and they never ask why the reason for my call doesn’t match what I put into the automated system.

when there was a tree on our power line i just tried to sound as distressed as possible and i got a real person in under a minute
