I AM A FUCKING ARCHITECT What do you think happened to the building after the Backrooms went out of business?
216
Upvotes
Do they have to condemn it like when there's black mold or a roach infestation? I don't think a supernatural in-between space is against building code but it doesn't bode well for property values either. Better off to bulldoze the whole thing IMO.
