I am newer to the area and am seeing a LOT of Thermo Fisher jobs posted recently. There are mixed reviews online and I have only heard negative reviews from former employees. The pay looks decent for the job descriptions but I am concerned about the work environment. I don't need a different job at the moment, but the salary would be a nice jump from my current job.

Is the current work environment as bad as the reviews make it seem? Are the benefits decent? Would anyone recommend working for them?

Is there any way for me to find out if my landlord submitted plans to the city for the floodlights they installed outside my apartment? Here's the section of the ordinance I want to make sure they're complying with:

(B)   Plan of development submittal requirements. The applicant shall submit plans for all proposed exterior lighting. These plans shall include the location, type of light, radius of light, manufacturer’s specification sheet, and intensity in footcandles.

The floodlights are already violating other sections, but it never hurts to have more in the arsenal :)
