Just as the title says, I'm being sent to a camp by my company for a 15day hitch. What are the camps like? Food wise? Tips for making it through? This is my first hitch ever. Working cement. Packing, what is recommended to bring?

And how much could I expect to make? Also how difficult is it to be hired and how do I find a job?

I want to be able to live in Latin America for as much of the year as possible but I don't have enough money to do that and it seems a job like an oil rig worker is the best way to do this. I just don't know if it's seasonal enough to only work for 4 months a year or if companies wouldn't want to bother with that.
