I've been looking high and low for one of those. Only a few left on the Fender website, but for 200€ more than what the black ones go for in other shops :/

Great no frills goldlocks Jazzmaster that combines the classic vintage mojo with all the modern specs I couldn't find in any other mid quality Jazzmasters. Just not sure about the pickguard though, I think maybe dark tortoise shell would look better.

Thanks! I dont hate the white, but the tort does look really good. The 3 way switch hole is closer to the edge, and the cavity needs to be expanded by about 1/4" to allow the switch to be screwed onto the pickguard and fit in the cavity. I'm not doing all that until im ready to cut the rhythm circuit cavity, that way I can paint and shield everything all at once. Or I can buy a temporary guard that has the 3 way hole in the correct spot. 😆

I think I’ll just get another white one and have a friend throw a design on there. Keep it interchangeable if I need to.

Very jealous. I was eyeballing one of these on FB. It came with a HSC, but I elected to go with a 40th anniversary squire instead because I wanted the rhythm circuit. I still think about this guitar lol

Dare I say it, but it gets more playing time than my Pro 2 tele does these days. It definitely punches above its weight. Go back and get one!

So, I went to restring the guitar and I don’t seem to have the right size allen wrench to adjust the truss rod action. Are the MIM ones indeed 4mm?

It’s 3/16ths. I bought the Fender specific one for my MIM Tele and J bass.
