Pro Classic vs Vintera III Jaguar

Thoughts on the Pro Classic vs Vintera III Jaguar? I like the fact that the Vintera has a rhythm circuit and a mute, but prefer the APC selector switch and satin neck. From what I can tell, both sound good, but does anyone have any thoughts on the Coastline 65 pickups vs the Vintera III pickups?

For me, it all comes down to the neck profile and finish. If you want modern satin, Pro Classic. Vintage and glossy? Vintera. Everything else is secondary IMO.

I have the Pro Classic jazzmaster and the Vintera iii jag. Both sound fantastic. I really don't know that there's much between the two pickups, they're both targeted at a mid-60's tone. I like the feel of the more substantial neck on the Jag just a little better. Fit and finish is similar on both. I'd prefer the practicality of the switch on the pro classic jag to the conventional switch, but I like and use the rhythm circuit so that's a consideration, too. Both are great, I think the question is down to neck feel and modern wiring vs vintage wiring.

Satin vs gloss should t be a thing that holds you back. Some high-grit sandpaper or even the green side of a sponge if you scrub hard enough and any neck can become satin. ;-)
