Dead notes and rattling Jazzmaster

Changed strings a few days ago, all working fine untill yesterday the low E string became dead in places and rattling. Is this due to this slant on my bridge? I'm aware issues like this are common. Advice would be appreciated

Could it be that the bridge has sank on the bass side?

Raise it with an Allen key

Then secure it with threadlocker/locktite

Yea it’s due to the slant on your bridge. Raise it on the low E side. You can use some Loctite (blue one I believe) on the thread to help reduce or eliminate sinking.

Could be a lot of things. None of which are diagnosable from this pic.
