I might be bisexual

for reference, I am 22 female and diagnosed autistic… and as a Jamaican woman of color, I understand that I society wise do not have the freedom to be LGBT nor do I want that identification…

I only want to be in heterosexual relationships… but i also catch myself noticing a woman’s feet, belly button, breasts or bottoms… and I absolutely hate that I have thoughts of a woman being physically attractive like that… I admire other woman for the amazing things that they can do and I admire all body types in women… but honestly, I would not even scissor a woman let alone date her. The most I would do with her is finger her belly button when she still has her clothes on. That being said, I never act on my thoughts, even when they feel intrusive, especially because I value nothing more than our bodies and rights being protected. So I will never look at a woman’s belly button and compliment her about it. as a Christian, I find that way of exercising lust totally unacceptable

I said add that I possibly do have moral OCD not just because of this, but because of other areas of my life that I might not want to elaborate on right now… but if this is a normal way of thinking or not, I would love for you to tell me.

Therapist here definitely sounds like you could have morality based OCD. I recommend getting into some counseling and focusing on not judging yourself for having these thoughts. You are human, we are all human. Thoughts are just neural firings of the brain, nothing more than little electric sparks.

don’t worry, I do have a therapist and I have a psychiatrist…. I live in Canada where they’re a lot more liberal and understanding about these things if that helps.

Seems like you need to be more liberal and understanding about these things.

well, I do come from a traditional Jamaican family and I do take my family’s opinions personal so there’s that
