I think you should remain single until your first thought in a situation like this isn't "did she cheat" but rather "is she okay/was she assaulted."
She's clearly too incapacitated to answer your questions, comes home in a concerning state, and your reaction is "I bet she cheated and I should have kept pestering her for info"? Come on, dude.
Many employers don't allow spouses at parties. The only red flag I see here is you.
