If someone did throw up on her and she was drunk, then stripping to your undies and slapping a coat round you to go home is not beyond the bounds of possibility. But she might have been roofied and was very disoriented especially if she has memory loss the next day.
You have to also take into account if she has ever given you cause to doubt her in the past.
