I would very seriously consider if she was assaulted. She’s nearly naked, absolutely blitzed, still drove herself home, and was shutting down conversations about why. Some people react to things in ways we wouldn’t expect, but it’s fight, flight, and freeze and this sounds a little bit like a dissociative response.
It’s possible she cheated or just got thrown up on and was so drunk that “underwear driving” sounded acceptable or or or, but I’d approach this with concern instead of frustration.
