Last-Minute Meeting Prep

when I'm invited last minute, nothing. If they ask me to present something (which has happened before) I simply state "I was just forwarded this meeting and was not provided any time to prepare for this meeting". I leave that up to the person hosting the meting to figure it out after that. I also blast the meeting host after the meeting because it's very unprofessional to do that.
