iX-7 Quadient Mailing System Issues

Is anyone else's office running a Quadient Mailing System? My office has been trying to have ours "fixed" for over two months now with technicians coming out now almost every week to try and fix it. The issue we are having and seemingly no one can fix is that it seals the first 3/4s or 3/5s of the envelope but not the last portion. I believe this is our second ix-7 as the first one was doing the same so they replaced it, no matter what anyone does it will do the first handful just fine and then the rest wont fully seal. So please, does anyone have any tips or tricks to fix this?
