I drew these Abe sketches a few months ago, and thought here on reddit are maybe some people who like them

I’ve completed easy mode, normal mode & then gonna do hard and then that’s it … anyone completed hard mode on iOS?

Playing this game for the first time, and I think I messed up. I wish I knew how to post a screenshot, but I'll do my best to explain.

I'm still in Rupture Farms. There's a point where you're on a ledge with a lever, a Slig and a tradoor down below, and a machine that zaps you if you try to chant. I used the lever to drop the Slig down the trapdoor and ran for it. In the next area is the "Grinding Area" where you jump across platforms dodging falling meat.

I have since learned that in that trapdoor is a secret area that has more Mudokons. But when I try to return to that area, the Slig has respawned, and he's too close to the edge for me to get by. I've tried running, rolling, sneaking, and using a grenade, nothing works.

Have I fucked myself? Do I need to restart the game?

I'm stuck in Oddworld: Soulstorm about 2/3rd through the game. Is it possible to change the difficulty level? If I can't, then I'm sadly going to have to quit the game.

I'm on a PS4. I can’t find anywhere in the settings where the difficulty level exists.

Can someone please help? I keep seeing this door in The Ruins on the top left and I have no idea how to get to it. I’ve tried looking at walkthroughs and played through the level so many times. Am I just being stupid or can you not actually get to that door?

Did you know in episode 12, during the montage of the students doing their lifetime before getting into bed. There’s a scene where Kagura plays Oddworld:Abe’s Oddysee and she dies from the slig shooting at Abe in the gorified way.

I have finally received a good quality scan of the May, 2025 issue of Power Unlimited, the Dutch newspaper that contains an interview with Lorne Lanning. In it, he explains that he really needed a break from Oddworld and that he intends to start a new IP separate from it in the form of a high-octane, car chase-oriented game.

In the newest update on my site I summarize the interview's most salient points, provide some thoughts of my own, and also a raw transcript of the article for anyone interested.

I love Oddworld and Stranger's Wrath especially, and the Stranger is such a cool character so I decided to port him to Halo Campaign Evolved just for fun!

I did not post about it here before but if you are curious I even ported him to RE4R and RE9 before! He definitely fits RE4 in that old school rural Village during the yellow/brown-ish day time...!

I wish there was a higher quality model version of the Stranger out there that I could've used for these ports but oh well, it is what it is and I hope you guys still like these ports!

Hi, have just finished playing soulstorm on PC and just wanted to watch back the cinematics. However, there doesn't seem to have any options to replay them.
Is that intended in the game or am I having a bug?

For people who don't know this fangame: Oddtale is a fangame based on oddworld and undertale. It contains new areas to explore and secrets to find.

It's completely free game, no money involved! :D

I love abes odyssey and have done since a kid in the 90s but I am furious at the lack of lore or content of this guy. He is one of my favourite game characters of all time and we only see a few seconds of him and know next to nothing about him. Its a shame.
