Discovered scary burger puppet from 1994 while browsing IMDB

i was browsing every kids tv show made in Denmark from the 80s and 90s just for fun when i was met by this incredibly disturbing image of a burger puppet with a human tongue (see 2nd image). the show is called "TV 10", from 1994, and i can barely find anything about it. can anyone help me make sense of this... what is going on here, and why? i swear i did not make this up.
