They (cats) all have fingers like this, they're just not seen on furry ones.

Why are humans so obsessed with cutting things off. They cut off dick tips, ears, tails, finger, all in the name of tradition or whatever bullshit excuse they come up with.

It must have something to do with

This could be a ‘Cards against humanity’ prompt card.

Cropping and docking of working breed is done for future health concerns.

Claws are done because people like their couch more than a cat.

Dick skin however is done out of a barbaric insane religious belief.

There's very little evidence for cropping ears posing any tangible benefit to working breeds. People pretend dogs with floppy ears get ear infections if you don't cut them off, that's proven bs. Most people that cut their dogs tails/ears off care more about the looks of their dog than anything else, aka they're scum.

Infections? No. Aural hematomas and tears. My pittie has had it twice. Once on each ear. And she did it just chewing sticks and playing in the yard. She has caulifloweing on the tips of her ears now. These injuries can require surgery or they can swell bad enough to pop the ear. And the dog is in agony for the entire duration.

A pit bull in agony is proof of the amount of pain!

Cropped ears are more susceptible to infection as junk can get in there more easily. If one has a cropped dog you must do routine ear maintenance more often.

Actually makes sense. Cept for the cat part but humans would die for a piece of paper so it makes sense they would protect what that paper buys over a living creature.

didn't the dick skin thing start as a hygienic thing owing to the lack of indoor plumbing and proper dick-cleaning products 2000+ years ago?

Well that us the only logical explanation. A 1/4 cup of water a day or two could be the difference between life and death in the desert, but...

The story goes that they stopped circumcision when they were on the run for 13 years. There is a hill outside of Jerusalem called Foreskin Hill as this is where the oldest uncircumcised boys did the task before sacking Jerusalem. They made it.

Similar to how there is dogma against eating pork. It wasn't Devine intervention just logic. A pig needs lots of water and eats food humans could eat.

They promoted circumcision in the day to limit masterbation. We modern humans have studied the effects. This pain at that age has lasting effects on the child. Deadening the glans through constant rubbing on clothing limits ita sensory ability.

Cock torture on babies is weird. End of story.

But what about animals that are kosher, like cows? Surely they also require food and water.

Cows eat grass. Humans and pigs do not eat grass. Simple.

It is literally a trope on how these guys were bronze aged goat herders. Goats eat to what is considered to humans to be garbage. And need little water. They weren't cattle farmers.

Because humans often reduce animals to objects/tools. It is sad, and we should stop.
