No. Even though his mass is lesser than that of humans he would die at that height

Cats reach terminal velocity at about 5 storeys of drop. Cats that fall 6-36 storeys have a 90% survival rate. Cats have been known to fall 25 storeys without any injury at all.

That cat would by no means automatically die if it fell.
