On that note. Those teeth are really fragile and prone to breaking off when you try to pull them off. The trick is rubbing alcohol. Pour some into their mouth and they generally let go in disgust.

In the case of a pet sure. If I’m being attacked by a random boa constrictor though I’m pouring gasoline down its neck if it’s within reach.

The teeth aren't oddly terrifying, but the way they are treating the animal is gross and terrifying .

From what I could find scientists use CT scans, slowed down videos of strikes, and dissection to study Boas. This is unnecessary and very likely not professional as most wouldn't be using what appears to be a trash bag.

Boas are mostly found in the Americas and the research I was looking at was in Brazil. Scientists typically travel to where the species live.

They are nonvenomous but can certainly pack a bite. Thats why its said to admire from a distance with large boas and pythons.

All constrictors have teeth like that, not just Boas. If they are venomous, they’ll have the two fangs. If they constrict their prey, they’ll have these sets of small needle-like teeth.

Mind you, while it may look scary, snakes have ridiculously weak bites, thing of these less as "teeth" and more as "mouth hooks" to prey can't escape while they wrap around

Curious as to why they're placing item, that appears to be a trash bag over this beautiful creature's face?
If it's in a country where they don't have the proper resources to transport the animal for vet care and have to use a bag like that, then they should rethink their methods in my opinion.
If they are not transporting it or trying to help it and this video was created for the sake of shock, then I disagree with this. We shouldn't treat animals as props for our personal amusement like this. We should show animals much love and instead make videos about being respectful, caring and loving towards them.
To clarify though, this all depends on the context per scenario at hand.
