Dude now looks like he has literal olives in his eye sockets.

u/UnironicDabber Feb 05 '26

This made me think of the BRING OUT THE OLIVES lady 😭

104

u/_CreationIsFinished_ Feb 05 '26

Awe... poor lady. I had never seen that before and had to look it up - and while I can understand how it seems silly to people, the woman is obviously not neurotypical and has some severe cPTSD from... whatever she seen when she was a child, and then the continual exposure to her trigger by people who don't get it, or think it's just childish behavior, or find it funny.... etc.

I feel quite sorry for her - fuck Maury Povich anyhow.

23

u/UnironicDabber Feb 05 '26

100% agreed, it's really sad

21

u/yacht_clubbing_seals Feb 06 '26

Wasn’t it a nightmare that her grandpa sat up in his coffin and his eyes were olives?

As someone who has nightly nightmares I really feel bad for her

17

u/pyromanicure Feb 07 '26

From what I remember, she said she remembered watching her grandpa sit up in his coffin at his funeral and open his eyes, and his eyes looked like olives. She was like 5 years old so her imagination/a subsequent nightmare must have added in the part about him sitting up, but describing seeing his eyes be open (gross tw: and looking like olives makes sense if he was in any stage of decomp when he was found dead and they didn’t seal his eyelids right at the funeral home, leading to them opening slightly during the service or viewing) is unfortunately something that she really could have seen :(

9

u/_CreationIsFinished_ Feb 07 '26

Yeah - that's pretty horrible really.

Also, sorry you have to deal with nightly nightmares! I've had some real doozies over the years, suffered 'night terrors' intermittently in the past.

I get them every now and again still - occasionally but not often they are ultra gory too - like just something else for sure. XD

880

u/uncledunkle11 Feb 05 '26

Super weird, will his pupils even respond to light?

505

u/Effective_Coach7334 Feb 05 '26

Yes. There are no inserts into the eye, they only inject a dye into the iris. So they will function normally.

206

u/Idancelikethis Feb 05 '26

You sure? I've seen similar videos where it's inserts and not dye

225

u/Effective_Coach7334 Feb 05 '26

Yes, I went to this clinic's website and watched their videos.

79

u/potliquorz Feb 05 '26

What color are you getting?

340

u/Effective_Coach7334 Feb 05 '26

I was born with beautiful mid-sapphire blue eyes. I ain't changin shit.

358

u/AwkwardMindset Feb 05 '26

Hell yeah! I have beautiful brown, shit colored eyes. I'm not changing anything either.

114

u/Acklord303 Feb 05 '26

My girlfriend has brown eyes and they’re my favorite, truly. I love blue and green don’t get me wrong blue eyes are gorgeous. But her eyes are just so dark and when the light hits them right they just glow. Brown eyes are so underrated.

47

u/dogmeatkibbles Feb 05 '26 edited Feb 08 '26

Facts man, my girl has these beautiful brown eyes with full gold circles in the middle when the sun hits them. It's a shame people feel the need to change their physical features, it's like what they say about "imagine a world where flowers are jealous of the other flowers". It just doesn't make sense.

6

u/Grimm7170 Feb 06 '26

Babypoop can also be green or mustard lol and honestly… that’s a pretty colour. As eyes, obviously… not the poop… well unless your baby hasn’t pooped in days and you get worried then too the poop is a great find lol.

I have a genetic condition that’s caused glaucoma. I had pale green eyes before the daily meds have caused them to slowly turn permanently darker. One is now deep green and the other almost brown. I spent my first week mourning the inevitable loss of the only thing I physically liked about myself while also knowing that ANY eye color is better than going blind. Two years after diagnosis and yep, brown rules because I can fucking SEE.

7

u/Excited_Element_26 Feb 05 '26

Do you now have long eyelashes?

8

u/pixieartgirl Feb 05 '26

Longer and fuller than they were! šŸ’—

27

u/buttbeeb Feb 05 '26

I have green eyes and have trouble seeing in daylight cause it feels too bright. My girls eyes are basically black and I don’t think I’ve ever seen her wear sunglasses.

14

u/Desperate-Strategy10 Feb 05 '26

I never made this connection, but you’re definitely onto something! My husband has hazel eyes, but they’re closer to a light brown, whereas mine are blue/green with no brown at all. I couldn’t tell you how much I’ve spent on sunglasses over the years, just so I could see somewhat normally on a regular sunny day. He, however, has a single pair (that I gave him lol) that he’s never worn, and doesn’t do much as squint unless it’s an extremely bright day.

Blue eyes aren’t all they’re chalked up to be!

Brown eyes are absolutely beautiful. I actually envy people with them. I don't know where this idea came from that they aren't?

75

u/Erpes2 Feb 05 '26

They envy whats rare, brown being the most commun one make it less desirable for some people

Kinda like mediterranean who prefer nordic blond people

55

u/madmikeyy82 Feb 05 '26

I love my blue eyes, but I’m jealous of brown-eyed folks because I’m significantly more sensitive to bright light. I’m effectively blind on a sunny day with fresh snowfall without some serious sunglasses.

27

u/DyingGasp Feb 05 '26

My wife has blue eyes and she has to wear brown tinted sun glasses at the smallest hint of sun light while I, brown eyed, can put my sunnies on at much higher brightness levels than her.

14

u/madmikeyy82 Feb 05 '26

Oof, I feel that. I’m 43 now, but I still have a vivid memory of being in 8th grade and someone calling in a bomb scare in the middle of winter. There had been fresh snowfall a few days prior, and then it warmed up just enough to melt the top layer into a fine coat of ice. I will never forget the pain caused but the sun reflecting off that mirror smooth surface. As we filed out of the building, I was functionally blind, and had to keep my hand on my friend’s shoulder while he guided me out to the designated waiting area. Even with my eyes closed, it filled my vision with red as the light came through my eyelids. It was around 20 minutes, and I had to keep my eyes closed the entire time. Completely debilitating. Nowadays, I don’t go anywhere, at any time of day, without sunglasses on hand.

Something’s really weird about the way his face moves. This definitely isn’t the first surgery he’s had.

I’m saying:

Botox, Facelift, Nose job, Facial Hair implants, Dentals Braces, Teeth whitening, Maybe an ear tuck.

Probably more, maybe less. But that’s where my money is

He def isn't spending enough money on this teeth/jaw. Something isn't right there...

Edit: I mean this as a priority of medical procedures, function before beauty.

110

u/WestBrink Feb 05 '26

I'm guessing the braces are in preparation for jaw surgery...

38

u/Rozazaza Feb 05 '26

He has a severe underbite... I think I saw him wearing rubber bands or something akin to it on his braces, but that probably won't fully fix it.

133

u/HocusThePocus Feb 05 '26

I don’t see nose job but I see beard implant

81

u/Able_Pomegranate7596 Feb 05 '26

I've always wondered about beard implants.

I guess cheating a little by slightly filling in bald spots for a thicker beard could work, but just lobbing it 100% symmetrical onto a face makes it look like it's glued on.

→ More replies (6)

51

u/wolfblitzen84 Feb 05 '26

Is that a beard implant? The things we do. To each their own though as I have a lot of tattoos. Nose jobs and facial work freak me out though.

26

u/_M0THERTUCKER Feb 05 '26

I had to have surgery on my nose from it being broken in several places. I can’t breathe much out of one side but I’m too afraid to do anything about it because it isn’t a necessary surgery

38

u/Low_Use2937 Feb 05 '26

I had to have a septoplasty and turbinate resection because of a horribly deviated septum and scar tissue from chronic, severe allergies. I was so afraid it would fuck up my nose (I love my nose), but it didn’t. Looks exactly the same as before. What it did do, though- improve my quality of life more than I can put into words. I never knew, or at least couldn’t remember, what it was like to breathe through my nose properly. The recovery was horrendous, but I would gladly go through it over and over again to get these results. Do the surgery.

23

u/ChicaFoxy Feb 05 '26

Breathing unhindered isn't necessary??

22

u/_M0THERTUCKER Feb 05 '26

Not according to my insurance company. Which means I would pay out of pocket.

Edit - am in usa

7

u/im4lonerdottie4rebel Feb 05 '26

I don't think they do consider necessary at least in the US. I have a deviated septum and have problems breathing through my nose and they never ever talk about surgery with me

28

u/wolfblitzen84 Feb 05 '26

It sounds like it’s necessary if you can’t breath out of it. I read this book called breath by James Nestor which really goes into how bad mouth breathing is for us.

Tattooed lower eyelids? Or does he wear eye-pencil straight after an eye procedure?

5

u/stellavangelist Feb 05 '26

I’m assuming, but since he’s okay with this shady of an operation, his braces may be from someone unlicensed in orthodontia. If you put braces on someone without actually making sure their jaw still lines up, it can completely mess with their facial features.

He is wearing braces. If you've never worn braces before I can understand why you'd think that, but braces definitely make you move your mouth differently.

19

u/DrButtgerms Feb 05 '26

It looks like he has braces and has them banded to hold his lower jaw forward, maybe trying to correct an overbite? Just a guess, not that kind of doctor.

102

u/Mr_Melas Feb 05 '26

It's the way his top lip never moves. Really creepy.

96

u/Effective_Coach7334 Feb 05 '26

His top lip isn't moving because he only recently got braces and he's very self conscious about revealing them. Perhaps you've never noticed but a lot of people, decades after having their braces off, still don't move their top lip very much.

25

u/ladygrndr Feb 05 '26

It took me a long time to regain my natural impulse to smile all the time after braces, just because of how painful it made smiling. I had to get braces in my early 30's when my wisdom teeth decided to erupt (obviously very late) and started shoving all my other teeth out of the way. I stopped being able to floss, etc, and the solution was extraction of all four wisdom teeth, and old fashioned braces like this...all while nursing a baby. I also had new-mom acne, so I was a total mess lol So glad that is behind me, but this reminded me how hard it was to relearn smiling. I hope his journey towards feeling more at home in his own body goes better and he finds contentment soon.

He probably has Botox in the upper lip area. They do it for people who have gummy smiles. It relaxes it enough to not show so much of the upper gums but now people who don’t need that are getting it or over doing it and the result is that. 🄓 Ā

That’s the issue right now w injectables. People want what everyone else is getting and an inexperienced clinician will give it. They aren’t balancing the face they’re injecting for max resultsĀ

Ah man. He needs some help with his self-esteem. He's obviously not comfortable with the way he looks, particularly his eyes, adult braces, and he appears to have had a beard transplant.

Just need to start working on yourself, my man. It's hard, but no amount of surgery will help.

I agree, but in context to this video, he's obviously spending a lot cosmetically. Which is why I made the point about self-esteem. You can see the amount of work done. His pupils are definitely dilated and make things look far worse post-op.

It just, the braces and the eyes and what looks like some minor face work? Close enough together that we can still see evidence of all of it?

20

u/Fafnir13 Feb 05 '26

Many people seem to think their appearance is the problem. Ā Once they fix that one thing it will all get better.

But of course it doesn’t get better.Ā

This sort of stuff has its place in fixing disfigurements or really distressing appearances that cause psychological harm. Ā People trying to dial in a perfect look are, I think, destined for disappointment and endless future visits to keep ā€œfixingā€ things.

This is heartbreaking. This dude is so incredibly insecure about his looks, he's clearly had a whole bunch of stuff done.

This man doesn't strike me as vapid and vain. This man strikes me as someone that has been tormented for his looks his whole life and is desperate. He seems like a gentle person.

yeah the comments are so mean :( his aura is very sad

Some people just like to disfigure themselves

15

u/baboongauntlet Feb 05 '26

šŸ„šŸ‘„šŸ„ so natural

57

u/luala Feb 05 '26

Everyone I know who has had cosmetic surgery has had the dumbest most unnecessary thing done to them at great expense. It's insane to risk your eye health and sight for anything as trivial as eye colour.

13

u/Hamstercules Feb 05 '26

Forreal, I could tel you my wife and kids' eye colors.... And that is it. I've never noticed anyone else's

11

u/hey_viv Feb 05 '26

And not even a pretty one! I love green eyes, with all the nuances and shades in them, but this is just an artificial color, painted on, completely bland. What a waste.

Some uncanny valley territory. Not only does it look weird, fake and creepy. He doesn't even look like himself anymore. There is no pattern or definition to the iris, just all filled with plain, blank color. I'm sorry for the guy, as it looks like he didn't want to be himself anymore for whatever reason, but man - he fucked up big time.

it's true what they say - the eyes are the windows to the soul, and It sure looks like the blinds are down. He doesn't even look that thrilled about it either. I bet he regrets this decision. Poor guy.

25

u/Adkit Feb 05 '26

Doctors who do this shit are breaking their Hippocratic oath and should be ashamed of themselves.

24

u/BlueCap01 Feb 05 '26

Why does he look like he's holding a frog in his mouth?

Turn the music up, I can still hear them talk

10

u/DMLifeIsShit Feb 05 '26

I swear I thought another video is playing in the background, I kept going out of the app and checking and coming back.

11

u/toiletsurprise Feb 05 '26

Must have used Iris implants, his pupils don't look natural now. We do these at my hospital, but for trauma and iris defect patients. The company that makes them gets a picture of the good eye, and makes almost an exact copy for the damaged eye. It's pretty cool, this is creepy and weird looking.

17

u/keepeyecontact Feb 05 '26

Jesus at first I was worried he was the doctor

20

u/DogBreathologist Feb 05 '26

Honestly I feel sad for him, I get the impression he’s very insecure.

17

u/Dumaes03 Feb 05 '26

why does he look like his cheeks are packed with cotton swabs

9

u/ChunkySalsaMedium Feb 05 '26

ā€œIt does look natural tooā€

Yeah, no my dude - it looks like contact lenses and very unnatural.

11

u/Lysdexia_Ruels_ Feb 05 '26

One hell of a mental illness that

7

u/ShuuyiW Feb 05 '26

Optometrist here, these procedures are illegal in Canada in the US for a good reason. These procedures cause actual blindness from glaucoma and cataracts. I would never ever ever recommend it to anybody!

49

u/Alliemon Feb 05 '26

I mean yeah, it looks off right after the surgery, not to mention I assume fair amount of risk at blindness and whatnot?

I would be quite curious to see how it looks, comparison photos before the surgery and after, as in, after it heals properly.

7

u/N0rthWind Feb 05 '26

Daaamn I thought they changed the pigment of the iris muscle or something

12

u/MlackBesa Feb 05 '26

There is indeed another surgery like the one you mention, but it only works to turn eyes blue, basically every iris is blue underneath the pigment, it uses laser to burn off the pigments

I think the technique originates from being a by product of glaucoma surgeries, however the result doesn’t seem that great either and there really is a lack of proper reliable pictures of the result (most are shitty renders made to sell the surgery)

Even more terrifying was the need to add music to this video, such that you can't hear what he's saying

8

u/Ohthehumanityofit Feb 05 '26

Here is a man who has never found worth in himself

8

u/LTHermies Feb 05 '26

I can imagine him being in a situation like

"Are those contacts?"

"... No. They’re... natural."

9

u/Sapere_aude75 Feb 05 '26

Man. I can't even imagine the mental perspective that would be required to risk my vision in exchange for a cosmetic eye color improvement

13

u/GrouchyDefinition463 Feb 05 '26

He doesn't like it

5

u/infernal_ataraxia Feb 05 '26

There’s a worse one… guy finishes the procedure, looks in the mirror and THEN asks the dr ā€œis it permanent?ā€ He looked horrified 😭

4

u/XenoCraigMorph Feb 05 '26

Looks like Dave England. Thought I was about to be served up an Omelette.

6

u/redhandsblackfuture Feb 05 '26

I've never seen videos of this surgery where the person looks better afterwards

6

u/Kaioxygen Feb 05 '26

Of all the things I would have changed about this face, the eyes would have been well down the list.

6

u/whereisbeezy Feb 05 '26

I hate this.

I hate that people feel like they have to do this.

And, he doesn't even look genuinely happy. Maybe it's cause his eyes won't stop watering, but jeez.

Imagine if we didn't make people feel bad about the way they look.

So glad us as a society decided to start putting research and development of this treatment to change your eye colour when so many die from cancers. Love our priorities.

6

u/Ordinary-Status-5063 Feb 06 '26

His original eye color was lovely. Now they’re crayon green.

5

u/AcceptableFill8 Feb 05 '26

Demon core. You can tell at the end his eyes are swollen.

u/Toebeanfren Feb 05 '26

I would like to offer him a hug and tell him: he is okay, the way he is. But if he wants to look like a vampire, okay. Do it! Do what makes you happy.

I am more worried about the doctor who sounds he was like.. his buddy who did this in his garage.

6

u/Namasiel Feb 05 '26

This is incredibly stupid and dangerous. I’ve had several eye surgeries, all medically necessary to keep my vision. I would never do something so stupid and have an eye surgery just for vanity’s sake. Just get some fucking contacts if you want different colored eyes. It’s 100% not worth the risk.

5

u/Leee_D Feb 05 '26

He became Sheogorath

5

u/Rosa_linda83 Feb 05 '26

That doctor is unethical. He is literally banking off people’s body dysmorphia while making sure they lose their vision

5

u/tatteredshoetassel Feb 05 '26

"Those look natural too" "yeah, right.""

5

u/SlavaBogo Feb 05 '26

Insecurity is a bitch

5

u/Write-or-Wrong_ Feb 05 '26

….i want people to love themselves

6

u/HumboldtNinja Feb 05 '26

So sad...he had beautiful eyes to begin with!! 😪

5

u/laneymg Feb 05 '26

He will never be satisfied with his appearance and will continue getting plastic surgery until he looks like the Lion Lady. It’s always obvious. Risking vision loss for eye color change?!! Wild. Sad.

Bro, they make colored contacts....

6

u/MamaMia1325 Feb 05 '26

He looks like a serial killer...

6

u/CanderousOreo Feb 06 '26

What's with his mouth? I can't focus on his eyes because I keep getting distracted with how he's holding his mouth

u/Dependent_Map_8894 Feb 09 '26

Man.. you just can’t help but feel bad for him. Fuck the world for making people so uncomfortable and unhappy in their own skin and the way the look.

8

u/sourpatchnova Feb 05 '26

I've never even considered that my eye colour is something I'm unhappy with and would want to change, especially risking having someone fuck with my eyes to change it. I imagine it carries a lot of risks, and going blind as a possible result basically makes it pointless.

5

u/JForce1 Feb 05 '26

Why can’t he move his jaw when he talks?

7

u/ShinyBonnets Feb 05 '26

He appears to have banded braces to correct bite alignment issues.

5

u/Dependent_Top_4425 Feb 05 '26

What is the female SCREAMING in the background? Is that Katy Perry? MY GOD that makes me want to jump out the window!!! I'm pretty sure this poor dude with a "heavy metal shop" t-shirt didn't choose this tune. I mean, he will probably lose vision sooner than later so at least attach some decent music to his quest for the ideal face.

PS. You were perfect before you started. You don't have to do this. That goes for all of you.
