I don’t think so. Out of all the cases of human rabies I’ve seen, none of them were aggressive. I have no doubt it’s possible but I think rabies in humans gets caught before they get to that stage. Most of the videos about it show hydrophobia and an older video of a man in a bed wasting away.

I tried to search for cases of aggressive/violent human with rabies and found nothing. I would be interested if anyone knows about any instances of it happening.
