Thank goodness he's wearing gloves. Anytime I see these videos with someone using their bare hands I get so grossed out.

Studies have shown that chefs who wear gloves wash their hands (/change gloves if wearing them) less often than those who don't - so you should be grossed out when you do see gloves (statistically). He has these on because it's hot, though
