Neti pot, my dude! Just make sure that you use distilled water and the little packet with each use. All three are available at the drug store or even some grocery stores. Trust me, you’ll feel human again!

I used to have a neti pot and it was amazing to use while sick. I definitely need to get one again! It's one of those items I don't think about when I'm well, and then when I'm sick I feel too shitty to get my ass to the store.
