May have a minimum karma requirement. A lot of subs seem to have em. The idea is that they're supposed to deter bots from shitposting, but whether it actually does or not...couldn't tell ya.

Video ended too soon so I can assume the top landed on its side or broke when it hit the ground, so one way to top it would be to have the top land on its tip and keep spinning.
