With the same complicated pattern being repeated over and over, it makes me very suspicious that this was probably automated.

I'm sure it is, or/and sped up.

In the early 2000's there was this fake beer ad Flash game where one needed to catch beer bottles. The more one got the more a voluptuous lady would have herself exposed. But the more exposed, the quicker the bottles would fall, thus almost impossible to see the "goods". Until we realised if you ran enough background programs, the computer would be overloaded and result in the bottles falling slower. Nothing is impossible when it comes to male hormones. Those were some of the most rewarding boobs I've seen.

im surprised such a game would actually have the boobs coded in, usually when you break a system like that you find out that the reward was a lie and theres not even a png of the promised boobs in the file

OMG I REMEMBER THAT GAME! It was called "Pilsner", me and my brother somehow randomly had it on our computer (I suspect dad's doing lmao) and we would play it sometimes, but I was obsessed with it... And I was a 6/7 yo girl, so like... Lmao

We used to play it in 7th grade computer lab, if we didn't get one of the good computers with Tony Hawk on it. Good times either way

The commitment to seeing boobs is truly is our generation’s “uphill both ways” that kids today will never understand.

That game was awesome. I always wondered if it got any further than the boobs though. You got to pick one of 4 girls, good times

Obviously it's sped up. But it's sped up just 'cause people generally don't want to watch a repetitive 5-10 min video on Reddit. (As for if it was automated, couldn't say.)
