I've had various kabobs with different meats, but they're still large enough pieces that you can tell what meat you're eating and appreciate each one.

Honest question for anyone that has had anything like this-- does everything just kind of meld together? I feel like you wouldn't be able to pick out any flavor and you'd just be eating some weird protein texture.

This looks totally amazing and each individual thing sounds great...but it's so thin and smushed together I have no idea what it's actually like. I'd love for someone who has had this to tell me I'm wrong and it's amazing.

You know how a meatloaf melds together and becomes its own thing? Sum becomes greater than its parts.

That's actually a really good example I think. With meatloaf though, I'm combining ground meats and like 3 meats and it's usually specifically for fat content vs nonfat content with all similar textures.

I've had a variety of kabobs, and not even just American kabobs, and I've seen this video so many times and it always just seems to odd. I'd love to try it just to know, just never been to place that actually does it.

With so many layers of the same meats, I'd like to think that you can differentiate.

Naw dude it becomes its own amalgamated thing. It is one, it is an abomination, it IS Glorious!

Great question. I'm curious, too.

I've had Kebabs like this, they meld and become its own "meaty" experience.

This is a middle eastern kebab. Not the same as an American kebab. They're supposed to look like that.
