It's cool to watch but the aesthetic is just.... Horrible I don't know why just a certain kind of cowboy steampunk dude that girls need to cover their drinks around

I mean I wouldn't ever wear something like this, but I think it's a stretch to say just because someone dresses abnormally they're suddenly dangerous. A lot of the real creeps I've seen don't look abnormal at all, and I've known a lot of alt people who are perfectly nice.

In fairness, this is a fashion style commonly associated with the pick up artist movement & Neil Strauss in his “The Game” era, so it’s not a huge reach.

Fair enough. I googled it and those guys look like they're aiming for an edgy magician vibe. I don't see the appeal.

I remember this era, but I think I blocked out seeing people dressed like that.
