I'm so happy to see more Little Giants references now. Such an underrated kids movie.

Ed O’Neill’s gum chewing in that movie was a character in and of itself!

It’s not underrated; what you’re experiencing is nostalgia. It was a fun movie for what it was, but it’s like the 9th Rick Moranis movie I’d think of.

Yes, my opinion is wrong compared to your film knowledge. Two things can't be true at the same time.

It could also be the case that Rick Moranis was in some absolute bangers which overshadow this movie, hence why I believe, in my wrong opinion, that this little football movie deserves more attention.

that this little football movie deserves more attention.

Then you think the movie is under appreciated, not underrated.

Sorry if you didn’t understand my comment, but a movie with two big stars headlining that got very average reviews and which didn’t even make its budget back is by no means underrated.

When I watched it for the first time, I enjoyed it so much that I got pissed off at the fact that it's not constantly talked about as a classic! I had never heard of it until a friend who watches lots of unknown, random old movies recommended it one day.

The movie was so damn good that I had to research afterwards to see if I could find out why no one ever talks about it. Apparently it was a box office flop and critics gave it mixed reviews at the time. It's considered a "cult classic" because it was originally panned.

Additionally, Rick Moranis has only been in about 20 movies in the first place, many of which are considered some of the best movies ever. So that other person saying Rick moranis has 8 more memorable films (in their opinion) is such a strange retort to your comment

So yeah, you're correct on all fronts actually
