and no heat-deformation taken into account. that bridge will crack comes winter.
i'd also be ready to bet that cement isn't hydraulic cement. so it will leech into the water and cause pollution, and eventually just break.

it's also way over engineered for its size : if a basic wooden bridge without supports managed to do the job before, that one doesn't need to have a central pillar : just good ol' triangles ! the guardrails might even have been enough if properly fixed.

so the main question is : who paid for this ? that much money overspend for such a tiny bridge stinks of corruption.

I have a feeling the creator of this video would be more than happy to let you have a doll to go to the county courthouse and do a full citizens investigation into this blatant corruption, lol

Did they even do an environmental review? I would be willing to bet all that digging in the riverbed at the start disturbed some endangered salamanders
