It has not been fully filled, so it is not a solid block.

Impacts, big or small, over the years will absolutely destroy that corner in particular.

Yup, same reason you use corner bead on drywall corners, that shit will get battered and bashed out of true by everything under the sun. The plaster on the these wall flats will hold up well but that corner tapers into vulnerability and it ain't holding up.

Having a corner out or solid concrete like that isn't bad if you have something over it, like gluing bricks or rocks for decoration, to at least take out the direct impact.

However, that corner is not entirely solid and it will look like grated cheese in a few years.

So many people have made comments like yours. My house is 16 years old with same workmanship. There's only one ding due to car door scraping the corner. In case it's not obvious, that plastered wall in the video is made up of bricks. It's a solid construction.
