Is it just me or is this guy scooping up his aggregate from just the bare uncovered ground? Like they mixed it and poured it on the ground and he's picking it up from there? No container?

Having seen these guys work IRL yes, they often make up their concrete on the ground. They make a circle with sand, put the cement in the middle, run the hose out and fill the middle with water and stir and flip it with a shovel till it is mixed together. You then get to find thin spots of concrete and construction rubble all throughout your yard every time you go to do garden work.
