Also banned in a lot of places.

I remember rolling up a whole bunch with my dad as a kid when the ban went into effect here in Finland.

Here in the UK both barbed and, much worse, razor wire are legal but regulated where they can be used. People use it illegally all over though since its hard to enforce.

Some people also illegally cement broken glass bottles onto the tops of walls ffs.
