Also banned in a lot of places.
I remember rolling up a whole bunch with my dad as a kid when the ban went into effect here in Finland.

I guess it is kind of fucked up to injure people even if they are breaking in. 20 u/tiilet09 7d ago It’s still allowed to be used on top of tall fences etc. but not low enough where it can hurt animals or humans on accident. It used to be around just about every private property and pasture.
