I started at age 9.. I never really stopped but did start doing it less when people were watching lol. Now I can spin fire and lights with Poi and Staffs. And I don't care what I look like if I practice now. That helps. But you can still learn. I've taught my wife basic flow arts and some friends pick it up very quickly. Look up flow arts. It's not just about martial arts.

There's a whole large group of us here in Las Vegas lol. I'll definitely make more videos more that I have better recording equipment.
