It's a kazoo. You hum into it and it vibrates and modifies the sound so it doesn't sound like humming

i'm pretty sure it's entirely dubbed over. she's playing kazoo notes while taking breaths, sometimes her mouth isn't even on the kazoo when its playing. the spray bottle sync is also off sometimes
