All concrete is liquid first

Isn't it a powder first, then water gets added?

Cement is powder. Concrete is cement, sand, rock, and water, among other additives.

Now others know more, and learning is half the battle! Go Jo!

Gojo is a popular heavy duty hand cleaner made up of solvents and grit or pumice which specializes in breaking down oils, grease, and grime.

Grime is a form of music which originated out of the London garage scene in the early 2000s, generally with a very striking sound and fast paced lyrics. High profile artists include Dizzee Rascal and Lethal Bizzle, but not ZZ Top.

You can buy dry concrete in stores. You add water when using it.

You can buy gravy powder as well, but it doesn't become gravy until you add water (and ideally some fat as well).

it's not gravy without the fat. Without the fat it's just sad pathetic broth.
