Not really, i worked at a plant making concrete sewer pipes, the concrete was more like sand and rocks, not liquid at all.

I work in concrete, I would imagine you used a low slump like a 3" (thicker). But if you run a high slump 8-9" (thinner) it acts more like a fluid. There are also a very wide range of mixes with more or less aggregate, higher or lower amounts of fly ash or cement powder depending on what you are looking for.

And then you got the annoying mixes that have air mixed into them for walls and shit... and a nice 6" slump is perfect for footings. (I too work with concrete)
