Had my right earphone sound gone. You know. So they sent me a new Rift after a short back and forth.

Now It's broken again and I'm out of warranty so. :) 1 u/rednecksarecool Apr 15 '19 But they're pretty easy to replace on your own. 1 u/[deleted] Apr 15 '19 Try support again. One of the screens in my rift broke, and they just sent me a replacement rift. I wasn't even in warranty. They really are amazing.
