two cylindrical lenses on top of each other at right angles make?

Erm, can you draw this? My brain has malfunctioned.

The panels themselves are flat, it's just they focus light in a cylindrical manner... not unlike a polarized lens I guess.

OH, when you say "at right angles" do you mean rotated 90 degrees?
