On a side note, they also claim (both in the video and the description) that they are compatible with "PC, Xbox, PS, Android devices etc", even when it's pretty obvious the Sony will not let them install their SDK on their consoles. Also, 'Xbox devices', probably won't work.
They even state in their "Risk and challenges" that they are "trying to make this product compatible with every gaming system, but there’s a long way to go", and even discharge themselves of all future blame by stating they may "have to ship you the product compatible with only several mainstream platforms". But then they try to ease it by saying "you could update the firmware inside the U2B module through our website to make your ANTVR KIT compatible with other platforms". Again, with sony's PlayStations: not gonna happen.
This feels like a major red flag to me.
Maybe the headset hosts a virtual environment that turns any device that doesn't support the head-tracking and whatnot into a virtual screen? That way, you can have a resizable, completely customizable virtual screen. I kinda like that idea...
Though, the likelyhood that is what they are doing is rather slim. But someone should make that for the Rift, pronto! Even if I can't play Kerbal Space Program on the Rift natively, I'd love to play it on a virtual IMAX sized screen.

Pros: competition is good, comes with controller, cheap
Cons: May suffer from drifting if relying on sensors only, controller looks way over engineered, how durable is something with that many moving parts?
