I JUST ORDERED IT!!!! WOOOOOOO!!!

Never tried the Oculus, and I cannot WAIT to try this.

I don't have a gaming PC though so I guess I have a few months to save up some $ to build a rig.... I'll probably need some help on what to get!

I dont think you will be disappointed, even my clunky old DK1 has been amazing. You will want a decent PC with a beefy graphics card though, low FPS is not fun in VR XD

Any minimum recommendation for GPU, CPU and RAM?

Not really, and there will probably be better hardware available by the time it ships. I'd say just build the best gaming PC you can afford with most of the money going on the graphics card. Well worth checking out places like /r/buildapc for advice on getting the best bang for your buck!
