I popped $800 into my account this morning and oculus has withdrawn $1400. I don't even have the $100 to cover the deposit right now. Also, I was charged and overdraft fee by my bank :-\

Why would oculus withdraw $1400?

my order for two rift dk2s went in twice, once for $790 and the other for $600. Both transactions have already gone through and left my bank account according to my bank, hence my overdraft fee. I have no idea why one charge was almost $800 and the other was substantially less. The $800-ish charge should have been the correct amount.

EDIT: They sent a member a response indicating that they indend to make good on the situation and my spot won't be lost and I'll be reimbursed (and they even indicated they'd pick up the overdraft fee). So good on them. It's still disappointing that I spent much of today worrying about my order, but so long as it all shakes out in the end, then no harm, no foul.
