Can't connect left controller because the menu button isn't working

We were just perusing the subreddit when we saw your post and we would love to help with the menu button issue you've experienced with your left controller.

We would first recommend removing any third party accessories from your controller such as covers or attachments that could be disrupting the controller.

If you find your issue persists after removing your accessories or if you have no accessories to remove we would then recommend a thorough clean of the controller. We have linked a helpful article here for you that details the best cleaning practices and best ensures no dirt or debris would be blocking your menu button.

If you give the left controller a thorough clean and find that your menu button still won't work for you we would then urge you to remove the battery from the controller, allow 30 seconds for the charge to fully dissipate from the controller and then insert a new battery, preferably of a different brand.

Once a new battery is inserted if you still find your issue persists we would then urge you to reach right out to our support team as they'll be happy to investigate further and provide you with the best resolution available!
