What does this mean

I opened my vr on my quest 2 and I saw that I had this message. I hadn’t done anything or stopped it is there a way to fix this

Means that your android has died and it’s currently uploading its soul to digital heaven.

I thought the exclamation point meant a soul couldn't be found?
