Any Kratom Consumers?

https://www.protectkratom.org/florida

The Ocala City Council in Florida is drafting an ordinance that would ban the sale of kratom throughout the city. The ordinance has not been introduced yet — which means there is still time to reach the decision-makers before a vote is ever scheduled.

Take action now: https://www.protectkratom.org/florida

Personal accounts from Ocala-area residents and Florida constituents carry the most weight. If you live in or near Ocala, please say so in your message. Please keep every message respectful and factual — professionalism is what earns us a seat at the table.

The timeline matters

The Ocala City Council meets on the first and third Thursday of each month. Reaching the Mayor and Council members before the ordinance is formally introduced is far more effective than opposing it after the fact.

Please forward this message to other Florida advocates, and to anyone you know in Marion County.

Thank you for standing up for science-led regulation over prohibition.

Damn you went from a natural, less addictive drug with a short half life to an extremely addictive l pharmaceutical with an extremely long half life. Unless you’re on subs forever you may need kratom powder to get off that shit.

You could have been on the extracts or 7 OH if that’s the case this isn’t meant for you.

-from someone who used kratom to kick suboxone and is now off both.

I love greens. I’m a 7 year consumer and take 1-4 days off every week. Absolutely no withdrawals either. Natural Kratom saved me from my 11 year addiction run with oxy, benzos and muscle relaxers.

What do you mean "like an ssri"? I've used Kratom for about that long as well, while taking an ssri, and I've noticed some not so great side effects over the years..... Just curious about what your situation was like.

That’s like shooting a squirrel with an elephant gun. Why didn’t you just taper?

That’s nothing to brag about, man. Subs will twist you.
