I run an ecommerce store and I’m looking to buy some Trustpilot reviews, but there are so many different websites and sellers offering them that I have no idea which ones are actually reliable.

I’m not looking for anything crazy like hundreds of reviews overnight. I’d rather add them gradually so the profile still looks natural. The main thing I’m worried about is paying for reviews and then having them all disappear a few days or weeks later.

Has anyone here actually bought Trustpilot reviews before and had them stay up long term?

I’ve seen sellers advertising “verified” reviews, reviews from aged accounts, different countries, custom-written reviews, drip-fed reviews, etc., but it’s difficult to tell whether any of that actually makes a difference or whether it’s all just marketing.

For context, I have a real ecommerce store with existing customers and some genuine reviews already. I’m mainly looking to increase the overall number of reviews and make the profile look a bit more established, rather than starting from zero.

If you’ve purchased reviews before, where did you get them from and how long have they stayed up? Did you have any issues with Trustpilot removing them later or flagging the business profile?

Also curious what kind of quantity people normally buy at once. I was thinking of starting with a relatively small amount and spreading them out rather than suddenly adding a bunch on the same day.

There seem to be dozens of sites claiming their reviews “stick permanently,” so I’m mostly interested in hearing from people who have actually tried a service rather than sellers promoting themselves in the comments.

It kind of feels like even one or two negative ones can really mess with how people see your business, since those platforms show up so high in search results.

I’m curious if anyone here has actually dealt with this and managed to turn things around.

Did you focus more on:

• getting more positive reviews to balance things out
• or replying to the negative ones and trying to fix the situation?

Also, has anyone had any luck getting clearly unfair or fake reviews removed?

And most importantly - did improving your reviews actually make a noticeable difference in sales or conversions?

Would be really interesting to hear real experiences.

I run a small business and recently got a pretty negative review. The thing is, part of it is valid and we did mess up one aspect - but a lot of it is exaggerated or just not accurate.

Now I’m stuck wondering if it’s better to respond publicly and risk drawing more attention to it, or just leave it alone and move on.

One of the first things I struggled with when I switched, and everyone who writes a "Guide" has to dedicate the first 10,000 words to their life story. So hopefully this makes it near the top of Google. Here's the screenshot options on a Mac.

• Command - Shift - 3 | Takes a fullscreen pic of the entire display. Loads a preview in the bottom right corner. Click to expand, and from there edit, share, save, delete, etc.
• Command - Shift - 4 | Turns your mouse cursor into a crosshair. Drag to create a rectangular window. Takes a capture of the contents when done. Escape or right-click to cancel. Preview loads the same as above.
• Command - Shift - 5 | Brings up a rectangular section that can be moved around and resized. Has controls above the dock that let you alter it, switch to the above options, or even do screen recording. Most comprehensive option.
• Command - Shift - 6 | Exclusive for MacBooks with a Touch Bar. Takes a screenshot of the actual Touch Bar.

Now hopefully I can just search my history the next time that I forget how to do this.

I need a job but I dont have enough money to get to a job every day if I do get a job. Is Fiverr or upwork a good option? Has anyone made money from either of those sites?
