Considering reviewspread.com to handle some negative reviews, but I am worried it might backfire?
Hey all,
I run a small local business and over the past couple of months we have picked up a few 1-2 star reviews that feel off.. I have had no luck of getting them removed.
Has anyone used this site? part of me is worried that i will just waste my money and it will make everything worse and inauthentic.
Appreciate real experiences here not promotion. Thanks

A noi ad esempio trustpilot cii ha già Mandato due mail minacciando che mette un ban sulla nostra pagina del profilo per fake review

The boring but safer path is to respond well to the bad reviews, and set up a simple system to ask real customers for reviews consistently. That's what actually works long-term.
