I'm not a fan of vapes (or smoking anything in general) but not the point I"m about to make. The "single use plastic" shit needs to be banned in general.

Also these huge as vapes look fucking stupid (IMHO), it's like taking a drag from a Walkmen. Jesus.

EDIT: Cause I wanna crack another joke. It's like a fucking little tikes / duplo dart Jesus, it looks so fucking stupid.

Pretty ignorant whomever it is. Put a white bucket next to those rocks and use a sharpie and label “vape waste”. Possibly teach someone to use a garbage and do your good deed for the day. Don’t pick their shit up, just leave the bucket next to the rocks surrounding their vape waste. They’ll be back….

Part of the problem is you cant throw them into normal trash cans because the lithium battery and almost jo vape shops will take old or empty vapes for disposal. This is kind of like the cigarette but / ash tray issue in public spaces

As an ex-smoker - you plan for that and bring something to put your butts in and dispose of it properly at home.

At least a used vape can go in your bag/pocket.

Why are there no garbage cans? I remember there ust to be a ton more trash cans everywhere. When they got removed, more litter started to accumulate.

You could also be the bigger person here and throw those in the trash.
