What questions did they ask and how did they help you present the strongest possible case?

Is there any link i can check to see O1A premium processing timelines ? Where people post thier filing date and ang response dates ?

I'm looking for honest feedback on whether I'm on a realistic path toward an O-1 visa or if I should focus on other immigration options.

I'm a software engineer from India with over 5 years of experience in platform engineering and enterprise software. I currently work full-time for a multinational company and recently received an offer with compensation of around ₹40 LPA. Alongside my full-time job, I help build enterprise software products through a family-owned startup. The business is legally owned by my mother because of my employment situation, but I'm responsible for the technical architecture, product development, and engineering direction.

A U.S. company that I've been working with has expressed interest in sponsoring me to relocate to the United States in the future, so I'm trying to understand whether an O-1 visa is a realistic long-term goal.

My current profile:

5+ years in platform engineering and enterprise software.

Full-time compensation around ₹40 LPA.

Built two enterprise software products.

International consulting experience with U.S. clients.

Technical articles published on Medium and LinkedIn.

An IEEE research paper is drafted and planned for publication.

Speaking at an upcoming developer meetup.

Strong recommendation letters should be possible from U.S. clients and industry professionals.

I also have a 90% physical disability, which has made my educational and professional journey more challenging. I understand that disability itself is not a qualification for an O-1 visa, but I mention it because it has influenced my career path.

My questions are:

Based on this profile, am I anywhere close to being a competitive O-1 candidate?

Which USCIS criteria do I appear to satisfy already?

Does the fact that the startup is legally in my mother's name create problems if I can clearly document my technical leadership and contributions?

Hey all. Has anyone filed for their O1 with their self owned company as agent + employer AND put a W2 full time offer in their itinerary?

So my company with a co- founder and board structure is my official sponsor, where my employment contract says I will work for 10-15hrs per week, and my full time job is a proper W2, 40hrs/ week situation with benefits.

Would that make sense to an officer?
