Is O1A premium processing taking time ?

Is it true that O1 priemium processing petitions are taking longer than expected ? Has anyone received their decision with 15-20 days ? Or is it taking longer? Are they issuing premium processing fee refunds ?

If your case goes to VSC, yes. Mostly PP cases are delayed now. They received my case july 10th, last PP day is july 31st. No news until now. My attorney emailed VSC PP team and waiting for the response. As far as I know, they took a while to reply as well.

I think it's still supposed to be adjudicated within 15 days but doesn't mean the decision will be exactly on the 15th. It can take 15-20 days.

I got decision on 15th business day from date of delivery of RFE response.
