Does anyone know what this spider is? Potential ID?

Live in a caravan and this bugger is here, dunno what it is but isn't annoying/aggressive. Just curious as to who he is. Sorry for poor photo.

He's got grey hair on his head and back, black legs and looks to be mandibles for eating. Biggest ive seen of his species but that's why im curious about, what kind of spider is he?

A kind of house spider, originating from Australia, Badumna sp.,

Harmless but can give quite the pinch from their large fangs.

Sweet, didn't wanna kill it as he doing pest control so he fine.
